Top Golf

Top Golf is exactly what the city has needed. Luckily, that statement applies to both Miami and Orlando since both cities have new Top Golf locations. I think I’m gonna take it a step further and say pretty confidently that every city needs a Top Golf. It’s the type of fun that’s enjoyable at any age. Small children will enjoy it as well as more mature adults. Whether you enjoy mimosa filled brunch outings with your friends or you’re a sports enthusiast, Top Golf has something you’ll enjoy.

Offering a full bar, food, and fun, Top Golf is really able to give it’s guest a full experience which has filled several voids not only in the city but in my heart. *cue the violins, harps and maybe a dramatic chest clench* But seriously, the fun and challenge of the game coupled with all of the wonderful amenities this venue has to offer is unforgettable.

You already know I have to talk about the food here. I got a mix between the Mac Daddy burger with all of the toppings from the Veggie burger. I don’t know when I got so creative but this burger was one of the best things that have happened to me in a while. If I lived closer to Top Golf I would gladly allow this burger to completely ruin my waistline at least once a week, with no shame. I won’t go on too much about the burger because the picture honestly speaks for itself. (You have the option of making the Mac Daddy vegetarian by requesting the vegan patty instead. I’ve had it and it’s worth it.) Overall, the menu selection is pretty good. It includes breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and a drink menu that's worth taking a look at.

On a nice weather day, the views of Top Golf are astounding. Or maybe it's the creative in me who also enjoys nice scenery that has me describing this location as "astounding". Either way it's definitely noteworthy. When the sun is shining just right, the wind isn't blowing too crazy, and you’re in good company, it only enhances the overall experience here. The view from the bays just feels so grand to me! Hopefully after reading this you feel the same happiness I have when I'm here. And then shortly after reading this hopefully you'll make it your business to spend a few hours at Top Golf!

Occasion: Birthdays, brunch, lunch, literally anytime is the right time for fun. Or if you want to just come for the food since they do have areas that are safe to eat, drink and lounge without buying a round of golf.

Price: A little more on the expensive side of things. There’s no way you’re going to have the full Top Golf experience without spending AT LEAST $40-60. And that’s the bare minimum.

Decor: Put together very nicely. There’s multiple locations across the country so the decor is a little more commercial and consistent than the usual small time golfing locations.

Dress Code: If you can avoid “flip flops”, you should. It’s not a real game of golf, but it would make the process a little more smoother if you had comfortable footwear. A dress probably wouldn’t go over too well here either since there’s lots of bending to reposition the golf balls.

This is so much more than your average game of putt putt golf and I have no doubt you'll love every minute. Enjoy!
