SOHO Juice Co.
SOHO Jucie Co. is a recent addition to the city of Winter Park that couldn't have come at a better time. If you know anything about Fairbanks and 17/19, then you know finding a meal in this area isn't difficult at all. In fact there's a plethora of amazing restaurants to choose from, but finding a HEALTHY meal in this location isn't as easy which is why SOHO's presence is refreshing. They offer cold pressed juices, smoothies, detox shots, cookie dough and a few more items. Are they worth the visit? Totally, without a doubt. Will everyone love this? No, because most people immediately reject anything labeled "healthy". Stop being closed minded, try something new because that's literally the Living not Loathing motto. I've officially challenged you to step out of your comfort zone and go out on a limb with this one if this type of place isn't somewhere you usually patronize. And definitely let me know how this new experience went for you!
I got their Sunrise bowel and.....it was HUGE. Twice as large as I expected it to be. You really get what you pay for with this item. I spent about $11 on this which is probably a few more dollars you'd like to pay for something like this, but considering the size of it, I definitely considered it a meal since it was extremely filling. So basically I'm saying it's worth it (Obviously).
Although there isn't a lot to say about SOHO other than how delicious their bowls and smoothies are, I still felt it was important to make a post about it considering venues like this are rare in the city. And also because I need to let all of my vegans, vegetarians, fruit lovers and everyone in between know about this gem so they can add it to their list of favorite places.
Price: Pricey, especially if you aren't familiar with the pricing of smoothies bowls and natural fruit juices. The prices might catch you off guard but you already know what I'm going to say next: Just try it anyways.
Decor: Clean and simple. Not a lot happening inside to discuss.
Occasion: The only reason I can think of is that you're just in the mood for a Smoothie/Fruit bowl or one of their wonderful detoxes. The occasion could also be just because LNL recommended you * insert minor hair flip here* Enjoy!
