I stopped by DoveCote for lunch on a whim and I was not disappointed! I ordered the DC Caesar salad with grilled lettuce and it was awesome. I’ve never had a grilled salad prior to this and I was super skeptical about it, but trust me when I say it was delicious! They have the option of grilled or chilled lettuce but please give the grilled option a try. I added blackened salmon to my salad which I also recommend doing for a more filling meal.
